Welcome to Made For Millions®. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of madeformillions.co, our educational content, community, events, applications, programs, Mastermind Pods, resources, products and other services offered through Made For Millions®.
Made For Millions® is owned and operated by Ashley Cooper Group, referred to in these Terms as “Made For Millions,” “M4M,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By using this website, creating an account, submitting an application, joining our community, participating in a program or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our Purpose
Made For Millions® is a brand-funded entrepreneurial education and community platform designed to expand access to business education, resources, community and opportunities.
Certain educational resources and community experiences may be provided to eligible members at no cost because they are funded in whole or in part through sponsorships, partnerships, commerce and other sources of revenue.
Free access does not create an employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary or joint-venture relationship between you and Made For Millions®.
Eligibility
Our website, community and programs are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
Some programs, including Premium Mastermind Pods, events, grants, opportunities or other experiences, may have additional eligibility requirements.
Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. We may accept, decline, waitlist or remove applicants or participants at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Our website, community and programs are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

No Guarantee of Results

Made For Millions® does not guarantee revenue, profit, business growth, funding, customers, partnerships, media exposure, sponsorships, employment opportunities or any other particular outcome.
Testimonials, examples, case studies and references to business results illustrate individual experiences only. They should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your experience, decisions, effort, market, business model and circumstances.
Community Standards
Participation in Made For Millions® communities and programs is intended to create a constructive environment for entrepreneurs.
Members may not use M4M spaces to harass others, send unsolicited promotions, misrepresent themselves, scrape member information, distribute spam, improperly solicit other members or use confidential information obtained through the community for unauthorized purposes.
Certain programs may have additional participation, attendance, confidentiality and no-selling/no-poaching rules. Those program-specific rules form part of these Terms when you participate in that program.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe a member has violated these Terms, program rules, applicable law or the safety and integrity of the community.
Brand Partners and Sponsored Experiences
Made For Millions® may work with sponsors, advertisers and brand partners that help fund member education, resources, opportunities, prizes, events or experiences.
A sponsorship relationship does not mean that Made For Millions® guarantees or endorses every product, service or claim made by a partner.
Where a program or communication is sponsored, we may identify the participating brand.
We will not give a sponsor unrestricted access to your private personal information simply because it sponsors Made For Millions®. Any sharing of personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable consent requirements.
Intellectual Property
Made For Millions®, its name, trademarks, logos, course materials, videos, frameworks, graphics, written materials, downloads, worksheets, training materials, website content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Ashley Cooper Group and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unless we expressly give you written permission, materials are provided for your personal or internal business use only.
You may not reproduce, sell, license, distribute, republish, upload, copy, create derivative commercial products from or otherwise exploit our intellectual property.
Your Content
If you voluntarily post or submit content to an M4M community, event, challenge, testimonial form or similar feature, you retain ownership of your original content.
Where you expressly submit content for publication, promotion or testimonial use, you grant us permission to use that material for the purposes disclosed when it is submitted.
We will seek appropriate permission where a member’s identifiable story, image or testimonial is being used for marketing beyond what they would reasonably expect from the original context.
Third-Party Services
Our website and programs may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, social networks, fulfillment providers, software applications and other services.
Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Made For Millions® is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
Purchases
Products purchased through the Made For Millions® Shop are also subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Prices, product availability, colours, designs and specifications may change. We may correct pricing or product-description errors where permitted by law.
Your statutory consumer rights are not waived by these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Made For Millions® and Ashley Cooper Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses resulting from your use of our website, educational content, programs, community or third-party resources.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts rights that applicable consumer law does not permit us to waive.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by email where appropriate.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in another jurisdiction.
